A completely redesigned plate rack installation is now operational and it's a great improvement.  The berm work was done by Roger Smithwick and Tom Neal put together a crew of volunteers to install a bulkhead using cross ties.  Jim Pierce and Kevin Svetlik built an eyebrow and mounted it to posts set in concrete.  With it in place we can operate the plate rack with a greater margin of safety.  

We  want to thank everyone who helped on this project.   Even with this new installation, it is imperative that no shooting be done forward of the concrete filing line.  Wear eye protection, make sure everyone in your party and all spectators do also, and have fun!
